Oct. 2017 - Dec. 2018As an Account Manager, I am responsible for end-to-end management of a set of accounts currently in regions like North America & Canada. I have however worked with Clients from Sweden, The United Kingdom, and Ireland as well. I am responsible to drive the sales and provide technical consulting of our product in these regions. The account set would be a mix of North American and Canadian Corporates, Small & Medium Business, B2Bs, B2Cs, Re-sellers, Enterprises, and Advertising Industries. Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the set of Accounts and increase the revenue generated in those accounts. Along with that, it also happens that technical consulting been given to customers. Utilization of all available resources ( includes Product Developers, Product Managers, Marketing, Product Support, Dev-ops/Security, Product QA) to manage the accounts. Understand the customers' business and solution requirements and drive sales by the positioning of TribeLocal's value propositions. Month on month revenue addition and target completion and aligning with the company's overall goal. Engaging & managing the relationships with customers at the highest level in the account. Develop and plan account strategies and activities for specified Enterprise & MNC's that includes: Migration planning, Transition of knowledge, Present Work-flow processes, Identifying Decision Makers, Understanding Competitors. Negotiating discount points keeping product's value at heart. Solving Technical use-cases based on the requirements and suggesting workarounds. Understanding the Referral Programs in North America and the initiation of it.
