Jan. 2024 - Jun. 2025Washington, District of Columbia, United StatesTraveling Exhibitions Maintains active CRM of exhibition ideas and requests from internal and external sources Acts as liaison during development phase with external institutions, curators, scholars, lenders, granting agencies, among other partners Maintains steady communications with both lenders and venues, providing follow-up communication after meetings phone calls, and email discussions When necessary, develops project timeline/schedule, deliverables checklist, preliminary object checklist and project outlines in coordination with partnering curators and/or lenders Establishes and maintains regular communication with collaborators, adhering to and setting deadlines for the successful execution of next steps within the project development phase Manages internal production timelines for the creating of exhibition overviews, prospectuses, e-mail communications, and exhibition web pages Ensures communications are sent to curators and colleagues when new positions are secured; updates Monday.com; notifies Exhibition Managers of key personnel changes Communications Maintains schedule of press and didactic text for venues in coordination with Exhibition Managers Develops marketing materials for exhibition by providing templates and workflow guidelines Organizes the components of press and exhibition content packets for venues Maintains folder of promotional images and corresponding image credits, managing access and distribution of its content Maintains and updates TES exhibition and IA&A web pages Maintains a social media and general communications calendar for the organization Organizes marketing materials for conferences Board Liaison Manages Board Communication for President & CEO Assists in setting up recurring Board and Committee Meetings and sending out reminders Assists in assembling Board and Committee Packets for meetings Perform other duties as required and assigned
