- Collecting information for meetings with staff and outside parties; preparing reports and correspondence.
- Maintaining contact lists and following up on contacts made by the MD to cultivate ongoing relationships.
- Making travel arrangements and completing expense and mileage reports.
- Coordinate all executive staff meetings, events and retreats.
- Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services and supplies necessary for operation of the organization.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the MD, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral or response, exercising judgment to reflect the MD’s leadership style and organizational policy.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for MD by prioritizing inquiries and requests while handling conflicts and making recommendations to ensure smooth day to day engagements.
