I specialise in weight loss and the management of underlying health conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cancer recovery, high cholesterol, Hashimoto’s, PCOS, and menopause. Key Responsibilities: Designing fully personalised training and nutrition plans to support sustainable fat loss, strength gain, and health optimisation. Providing ongoing online coaching using WhatsApp, Zoom, Cronometer, MyFitnessPal (MFP), and Trainerize to monitor progress and maintain accountability. Conducting comprehensive health assessments, including blood pressure, tape measurements, spinal/postural alignment, and movement analysis. Creating bespoke client resources, including custom educational eBooks to empower long-term behaviour change. Managing a flexible coaching diary, coordinating multiple client caseloads, and delivering high-touch support. Ensuring data protection compliance by adhering strictly to British GDPR standards in all client interactions and data management.
