- Sexual offenses and crimes against women and children, ensuring victim protection and adherence to the Anti-Rape Act 2021.
- Terrorism-related offenses under the Anti-Terrorism Act, ensuring compliance with national security provisions. - Represent Islamabad Police in cases involving serious criminal offenses such as narcotics trafficking, violent crimes, organized crime syndicates, and financial irregularities. - Advocate in complex criminal appeals, ensuring thorough legal research, drafting, and strategic litigation. - Manage legal proceedings in cases filed against the police or federal administration, including: - Police misconduct cases (illegal detention, torture, and abuse of authority).
- Misuse of powers or administrative violations in the execution of their duties. - Provide legal advice and representation on cases involving public safety, national security, and government accountability. - Engage in criminal revisions to challenge lower court decisions on behalf of the state and police, ensuring fair application of the law.
