* Work closely with in-house Import Department to ensure timely transmission of all customer purchase orders to overseas factories in China
* Work with Sales Managers to collaborate cross functionally to build programs and resolve customer issues
* Generate customized client quotes within margin and retail requirements
* Manage all steps of item creation and maintenance both internally and within Walmart system
* Order Management / Line Review Preparations / Building Power Points * Create and maintain customer program information pertaining to co-op accruals, commissions, payment terms, defective allowances, freight terms, and any other element that may be relevant
* Meeting challenging deadlines for Walmart US and International * Contact customers proactively to advise of shipment information and/or to gather information necessary to process orders thoroughly
* PO maintenance; Line & PO Cancellations * Communicate and interface with customers concerning their needs, to include: orders, returns, shipments, products, and information
* Manage internal import item process, including containerization of purchase orders received
* Receive and process requests and orders from customers via e-mail, fax, phone Web, EDI, and other electronic files transfer methods. Requests must be processed in a timely and accurate manner utilizing established procedures and process.
* Primary contact for all customer quote and item creation processes
* Complete customer item setup sheet: Walmart US and International
* Maintain customer contact sheets and profiles
* Strong communication skills- I am able to communicate /interact with all levels if management as well as customers
* Time management and organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple projects
* WERCS / CTL / Ethical Sourcing
