In my many years of growth within the company I have been exposed to many different industries, and have had the ability to grow my skills exponentially in many different areas. Starting in retail customer service and advancing my way up to operations management with the ability to manage large operations for multiple different businesses. Which includes a variety of retail locations, and assisting in managing 3 highly successful fast food franchises in the city. We operate on a large scale in trade shows across Alberta and BC. I overlook and manage the operations of 10+ locations, with 100+ staff members. Some of my skills include interviewing, hiring, training staff and sales representatives, scheduling, negotiating, sales, advanced problem solving skills and customer satisfaction, inventory and purchasing, and designing displays. With my role, having the ability to make executive decisions that serve the best interests of the company and the success of the overall operations in a timely manner is key. Knowing when to execute certain ideas and maintaining standards is crucial to the success of our operations, especially when action is needed immediately. As well as understanding the importance of knowing how to motivate staff, and mitigating internal issues in a timely and professional manner. Over the past 2 years we have started real estate wholesaling in the USA, virtually from Canada. My role is to sell acquired real estate by creating and maintaining relationships with investors across our market. The disposition section of the business requires market research, cold calling, organization skills, marketing and negotiating for large real estate transactions, creating and frequently updating legally binding contracts, and facilitating the transaction between sellers, buyers and title companies.
