• Full life cycle, passive recruitment of candidates through initial search and contact, facilitating interviews, collecting feedback, salary negotiation and offer presentation
• Facilitate the on-boarding process including: drug/background testing, orientation and I-9 or W-4 processing as necessary
• Develop and execute highly effective talent acquisition strategies identifying high-caliber candidates through multiple sources including: direct sourcing, warm/cold calling, social media, marketing and advertising, networking, professional associations and university recruitment
• Effectively manage requisitions while maintaining constant contact with candidates, hiring managers and HR business partners
• Cultivate new client relationships through marketing campaigns, phone presentations and in-house visits
• Utilize applicant tracking system to maintain pipeline of quality candidates in advance of possible requisitions
• Handle all aspects of running the office including, but not limited to: payroll, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, ordering supplies, marketing, database development
