In this fast-paced project, I am the only SME for 3 major components which are App Installs, Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and Gemini Payments. These 3 components are super critical and very competitive flavors in the Online advertising platform among the competitors and they drive the majority of the Ad revenue for the company. Responsibilities: • Apply my expertise and knowledge in Gemini domain model to access data and provide Ad-hoc reporting by executing queries using SQL/Hive. • Suggesting and tweaking JSoN ad parameters for existing and onboarding new advertisers to help them on-board and/or improve the customer’s scale and performance. • Always a proven and reliable team member in times of crisis, who has been handed the responsibility to drive major components with almost little to no transition phase to handle the technical issues, onboarding, creating a bridge between the Account Managers (AMs), Sales, Engineering, QA, Clients and also the 3rd Party vendors. • Created Knowledge repositories for applications which had no troubleshooting or any structural documentation available which ultimately reduced the time involved in either solving or finding answers for each party involved. • Review Gemini payment logs and database (via MySQL and Splunk) to triage and identify any payment related issues and work with the internal financial team to ensure correct funding or refunds related to the advertiser or publishers are processed in a timely fashion. • The sole point of contact for working with the highest DPA spending clients to ensure they have the smoothest onboarding process and provide any technical assistance required and also communicate in a way which is understandable to both the sales clients and the engineers.
