Supervise and support the Campus Navigator team and their daily activities; ensuring the 'Welcome' experience for staff, student and visitors is consistently delivered. Find ways to improve the staff, student and visitor experience with effective communication and implementation. Work closely with other internal & external stakeholders to create, maintain and supervise the holistic onsite 'Welcome' experience, including completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly procedures and checks as defined. Identify and implement improvements to personal and team performance during 'Welcome to Belfast' orientations and associated activities. Supporting the Staff Experience and Student & Campus Experience project teams, regular meeting attendance and offering expertise, creative solutions to problems and ideas for all activities relating to the 'Welcome' to Belfast. Recent student events I have helped to coordinate are Welcome weeks, Freshers events, Student wellbeing events such ‘Cuddle a Cavalier’, facilitated Halloween event and regular events at the student union bar, such as comedy nights, drag bingo & live musicians.
