Using SAGE to process payments receivable, supplier payments, cheques, bank transfers, bank lodgments, credit control. General office duties such as; filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, handling customer calls and engineer queries, assigning jobs on a scheduler. Marketing – Management of website and all social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube), Development of marketing strategy for business. Monitoring analytics and producing reports on performance and creating and producing and editing of all content for social media (graphic design, photography, video & copy). Proficient in google analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp.
