Conducted various soft skills classes (i.e- Time Management, Who Moved My Cheese, FISH!) at a line employee level, as well as, classes taught exclusively for management. Created and administered cooperative workshops to increase team building through activities and group discussion. These sessions were for specific teams as well as exclusively for management teams. Responsible for the development of business specific web based training. Participated in and lead teams accountable for design, content layout and creation via web development programs. Worked as site contributor for the Learning and Development Monthly Executive Newsletter. Responsible for internal marketing, including posters, handouts, tri-folds and email notifications for various Business Units including Learning and Development, Default Services and HR initiatives. • Initiated and developed blended learning into new hire classes, including WBTs, self-paced online study and side by side coaching.
• Organized and conducted Career Development Fairs for 3 years for approximately 800-1200 employees.
• Averaged a student feedback rating of 4.17 (based on a 1 to 5 scale) for technical and soft skills classes. • Lead back to back new hires classes for 26 months. The students averaged the highest 30/60/90 goal numbers on the floor.
