Ensured compliance with company policies as well as the CBA and made the necessary communication to implement policy changes and questions as needed. Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees as needed. Provides support in the areas of staffing, recruitment and selection, employee relations, wage and salary administration, and employee training/orientation. Coordinates complex pay issues with Payroll and acts as the backup for site payroll/time-keeper. Assist supervisors with performance management, including delivery of disciplinary action for hourly employees. Maintain associate personnel files, ensuring documents and manuals are kept current, accurate, confidential, and in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Provide ongoing support to supervisors and managers with employee relations, counseling and PIPs, employee development and corrective action issues. Conducts exit interviews and processes exits.
