• Direct, plan and coordinate all activities related to, local and private leasing program. This includes finding potential leases, negotiating the lease, and coordinate renovation or construction as it relates to leases.
• Prepared annual budget for building maintenance, property refresh, vehicle maintenance, Fixed Capital Outlay project requests and manage approved projects.
• Supervised building maintenance and repair at of 115,000 square feet building that houses approximately 600 staff. This includes preparing, awarding and managing over $400,000 in maintenance contracts for HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs as well as janitorial and courier service.
• Responsible for the procurement of contracted services such as Client Record Storage, Interoffice Courier, Janitorial and Headquarters Building Maintenance. This process includes drafting the procurement bid, negotiation with potential vendors, and drafting the agreed upon contract. Once the contract is established, I was the contract manager which included payment and quality control of the specific services. • Developed and implement safety plans to include facility security, bomb threats, fire safety, disaster preparedness and recovery.
• Supervised 7 staff and responsible for all administrative duties that go along with them (recruitment, performance evaluations, training, termination).
