• Communicating monthly reports to HR Team Leader/Managing Director
• Drafted various HR Policies and Procedures: Disciplinary Procedure, Alcohol & Drugs Policy and the Workshop Trainee Technician Scheme.
• Responsible for the management and update of Kolme HR system including development of appraisal system.
• Prepare new employee documentation including contracts of employment and offer letters. • Prepare job descriptions .
• Liaise with Finance Manager in preparation of monthly employee payroll.
• Involved in all aspects of the recruitment process including liason with recruitment agencies.
• Manage employee training records.
• Involved in Employee Relations i.e. Disciplinary, Grievance etc. Also involved in Interviews.
• Assist HR Team Leader in all aspects of DEC HR function as and when required.
