• Tracking performance management of the sales executives in the team.
• Motivation and recognition to the executives for their excellent performance.
• Coordination with all other departments, with finance to follow up with the payments of the clients
• To represent Fastrack Eventz at industry and business events and to represent the company and its services at all times in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• To provide timely response and excellent level of service to all enquiries.
• To build relationships and networks within the event industry
