Oversaw marketing spend £1.3m per annum, and platform & systems spend £700k per annum. Annual sales £10m.
Key accomplishments:
• Established & executed strategic frameworks for brand, marketing and platform functions to deliver growth (revenue +35%) and improved LTV (+155%).
• Introduction of a data led culture, leading to a defined understanding of customer base and more targeted decision making.
• Built proprietary frontend e-commerce multi-language, multi-currency web platform and associated middle wear, overhauling and refining all interconnected business (and compliance) systems – leading to a conversion uplift of 310%.
• Assembled and lead creation of in-house marketing and platform functions (8 across digital marketing/UX/CX/Design, 10 across development) and supporting agencies
• Grew customer acquisition by 450% and customer retention by 230%
• Integrated acquired brands and unified all business systems to sit within group function
• Modernised business’ systems architecture – driving improved efficiency & compliance
• Transformed on-site customer experience at Le Mans 24hr/Classic – driving 35% growth in satisfaction scores, and improved repeat purchase.
• Launched value enhanced initiatives including Early Access, VIP, Price Promise and eGift Voucher initiatives
