Aug. 2013 - Jun. 2020Analyzed production and revenue data to determine what factors, if any, were altering production or the price per barrel or MCF compared to quarterly average of spot prices reported by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Break accrual and analysis to well level, grouped into operated and non-operated properties. Made quarterly adjusting entries. Reviewed and posted accounts payable invoices and revenue check entries. Reconciled bank accounts. Reconciled and closed A/P module, JIB module, A/R module, revenue module and lastly the general ledger. Managed owner and vendors. Prepared revenue accrual for each quarter and did analyses for quarter over quarter and year-to-date and compare that to the previous year. Continued bank deposit and office manager responsibilities. Filed production reports for the Office of Natural Resources in New Mexico and Wyoming. Did production allocation for the three Wyoming wells because they all went into one tank. Ran payroll using ADP software. Processed 1099’s for owners, vendors, and contract employees. Communicated with pumpers to verify production and/or invoices for chemicals or water hauling. Hired and trained interns.
