Built and managed a lean production team; implemented SOPs for safety and efficiency. Managed supply chain and vendor relations, optimizing sourcing and reducing COGS. Developed and directed DTC and wholesale strategy across Shopify and B2B retail channels. Partnered with FabFitFun (2022–2025)—the nation’s largest beauty and wellness subscription box—distributing lujo bar shower steamers across the Americas. Secured placements with 20+ boutique retailers, including Corporate Kiosk, Graduate New Haven Hotel, and The Well for Women. Featured in 30+ juried markets and events. Received the 2022 American Package Design Award and 2022 Bronze Indigo Design Award. Coordinated and led the Bureau Veritas International Factory Compliance process and received certification in first round. Brand featured in Connecticut Magazine, Alltrue, and Beauty Independent.
