Oct. 2022Badung, Bali, IndonesiaJob Experience October 17th 2022 – Now as Financial Controller and HR at PT Fitness Group Invest (Villa Management) - Overview business financial operation - Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, aligned with the company's objectives. - Prepare and present accurate financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trends - Ensure timely financial reporting on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. - Plan, coordinate, control and supervise all day to day operation of the accounting team (AP, AR, Bank, GC, Cost Control). - Monitoring and managing cash flows to optimize investments - Leading the budgeting process and providing financial forecasts to support decision-making by working closely with department heads to set financial targets. - Identifying and handling financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws and report any suspected irregularities to the management. - Optimize tax position within the context of Indonesia and global business strategy - Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies across the organization. - Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, Analyze financial trends and ensure fiscal responsibility - Build up and strengthen internal control and processes, create SOPs and policies that are sound and risk-free - Payroll approvement, and provide necessary information to the team related to the salary calculation - sign cheque book and approval for payment payable request. - Contribute to strategic projects as directed by management
