• Client & Vendor Relations:
Support client communications for operational matters. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, lead times, and procurement processes.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Technology & Tools:
Oversee implementation and use of project management, CRM, and accounting tools to support operational excellence.
