We have completed 3 national tours that stretch over the span of 6 months at a time, spending lots of time on the road I liaise with venue managers, and merchandise manufacturers. I design and order the merchandise which is sold digitally and on tour, oversee the whole tour operation and everyones roles within the tour.

Starting from a Marina assistant helping with the cleaning of boats to advancing to learn how to sail and obtaining my international skipper's ticket I moved up to driving the yachts then later progressed to managing the handover of new yacht deliveries to their owners. I left Sydney By Sail as the fleet manager overseeing 22 vessels that were charted on a daily basis. I learned a lot about problem-solving under pressure especially when problems would arise on the water.

Initially employed as a season temp over the Christmas period I was given the opportunity to stay as my efforts in the store from my results of sales, creating a productive workplace and understanding of product I extended my time and spent my weeknights + weekends as casual learning from various stores on their operations. After a year of working with various teams, I was asked to join forces with a colleague and manage 4 Industrie stores within the Sydney Northern Beaches region. Together we opened two new stores and drove the most sales in Australia from our flagship store.
