Jul. 2016 - Oct. 2017EMEAMy role as the HR Portal Software Product Sales Leader, will be to drive significant growth in our employee engagement HR & Reward Portal and Compensation Management product sales across the region Collaborate with, provide expertise to, and coach other HR Software sellers in the region to improve their ability to sell more of our HR Portal and Shared Services Software product across the region. Build effective relationship with client delivery team to ensure appropriate communication about opportunities, scope, client requirements etc. Ensure appropriate hand-off to client delivery team through effective communication of sales process, scope and deliverables, as well as client relationships. Maintain on-going relationships with clients and participate in ClientFirst activities on an annual or greater basis
