Responsibilities & Accomplishments included: > Management of Horizon's National Sales and Business Development Team, including telemarketing / CRM / Lead generation, direct sales, and strategic account management. I successfully sold and launched the largest single contract known in the industry of $40M annually. > Personally managed 6 nationwide retail chain accounts valued at $23M. > Creating award winning internal and public marketing pieces. > I orchestrated the sales, strategic planning, and project management of over $60M in new service business for Horizon. These sales have led to new business for Horizon in over 2500 locations throughout the United States. >Under the Horizon umbrella of companies; I ran the "Atlas Maintenance" Division alongside my EVP responsibilities. Upon Horizon's purchase of Atlas, I orchestrated the turnaround of this $6M business service platform from loss to profitability in 90 days. Motivated senior sales and operational personnel to find creative methods for continuous improvement thereby achieving sales increases of 100% & reducing labor costs by 60%. Successfully expanded the service support staff; training and diversifying their skills to include new service verticals such as landscaping, snow removal, HVAC service/repair/replacement, electrical systems/backup generation, janitorial, construction management, emergency services, and general maintenance.
