• Responsible for the vendor’s Purchase Order cycle from PO entry to product receipts.
• Leading price negotiations with freight forwarders, logistic and shipping companies. Reduced the outbound shipping cost by $1mil in 2022.
• Implement and execute the company’s product packaging strategy.
• Responsible to manage the IT operations that include the ERP Software, Hardware, and Network services. Renegotiated all 3rd party contracts, and managing the ERP transition process, resulting to $500K of savings.
• Acting as the company’s HQ GM, managing the company’s facilities management and maintenance of the company’s Headquarters in Blue Ash. Extended the company’s warehouse space by 50%, renegotiated all lease contracts.
• Managing the inventory control analysis. Providing accurate inventory data to the Sales, Merchant, and Marketing teams.
• Leading the JP Outfitters Customer Service operation. Managing two call centers. Achieved over $1.4m in savings by relocating the Call Center services to the Philippines and Mexico.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to all operations to assist the company’s decision-making process.
• Leading the company’s expense management and establishing financial controls.
