Sep. 2019 - Aug. 2021Bucharest, RomaniaProject Manager for transversal HR projects, that aim to transform the organization by enabling the potential of people, such as: Performance ecosystem, OKRs methodology, Individual & Team Development processes; through HR and business contributors and experts, find the proper solutions and adoption strategies for the company. The role is responsible for end-to-end transformation projects, starting with defining the need, design the solution, drive the implementation (new HR tool IT implementation) and change management, with constant contact with stakeholders. Also, as a Strategic Champion, the role I am responsible to constantly adapt our People strategy and road map, so that we meet the changing realities; define and monitor strategic HR KPIs in order to work with HR leaders and experts to adjust the outcomes and delivery of strategic initiatives and projects. As a Transformation champion, I am responsible to identify the relevant RPA and other automation opportunities in HR, in order to improve employee experience or to optimize HR activities & processes.
