Jul. 2006 - Jul. 2010Daily processing of overdrafts for my portfolio Supporting the relationship managers with day to day functions (processing payments, booking loan renewals, researching issues to resolve quickly) Gathering reportable data and compiling information for management review. Supporting entire department, answering complex questions and issues. Manage a small group of operations staff, overseeing their day to day responsibilities, getting involved in complex transactions to resolve. Acting as a point person for issues and will escalate as needed. Assisting relationship managers in completing 959 reports, FASB's, and other reports needed by management. Actively involved in refreshing and implementing procedures. Actively involved in handling the OREO reports and foreclosure summaries, acted as a liaison with other departments involved (Finance, loan accounting) in handling processing of OREO transactions.; Personal Banker Open and close all types of accounts, (i.e. checking, savings, CD's, IRA's) Perform account maintenance Insure all directives and procedures have been followed Collecting necessary identifying information on all account holders Handle all aspects of loan process from beginning to end. Cross-sell various bank products and services Handle loan maintenance based on consumer feedback Perform other duties include ordering checks, ATM cards, and research items as needed
