I’m specialized at training job skills program for maintenance technicians/ machinists starting from beginners to professional level in various types of mechanical equipment as per Aramco's standards, procedures, general instruction and manufacturer's guidelines in order to prevent any failure / breakdown in addition to preventive maintenance. As a lead mechanical trainer, my role is to keep all machinists exceptionally knowledgeable, professionally skilled, and up-to-date with all the challenges that they may and will face in the workplace. The training I provide in mechanical unit has four phases. Phase I & II “core program” are the preparation and introductory to all mechanical equipment that are widely used in all Aramco’s plants, refineries, and GSOP in order for them to fundamentally obtain the basic and intermediate skills of using mechanical tools, measurements, equipment, and overhauling. Phase III is where trainees will be sent to acquire on the job training in order to implement the skills and knowledge from phase I & II. Finally is Phase IV which is an advance program for a particular and specialized equipments such as Steam Turbine, Advance Transmission, Reciprocating Pump and Multistage Centrifugal Pump. Additionally, I provide training in “Speciality Courses” and “Post Phase”such as Pressure Safety Valves, Limitorque, Rotork, and pump Alignment(laser, Rim and face, Reverse) The following are the Phase I & II “Core Program” units: 1- Pumps Maintenance & Alignment 2- Reciprocating compressor 3- Transmission System 4- Shaft Key & Coupling 5- Valves Maintenance 6- Bearings & Lubrication 7- Lifting & Rigging I 8 - Measurements I & II 9 - Sketching and Drawing 10 - Hand Tools 11 - Lathe Machine
