Sep. 2015 - May. 2016Londra, Regno UnitoIn support of the company’s mission and core objectives, I managed the external communication strategy for Group Digital including campaigns, events, budget, internal and external articles. • Organised and facilitated internal and external events inviting journalists, ministers of the UK government, CEOs/directors of both Big Tech and FinTech • Ownership of day-to-day management of the Digital Hub & Group Digital & Transformation social content, creating & publishing content and community managing any social responses (over 36 articles, 170+ social posts) resulting in more than 5m social media impressions, 25,000+ Hub visits and 800+ clicks to career pages. • Managed reporting in Google Analytics, Sprinklr & social channels, providing strategic recommendations on audience targeting along with website and social improvements. Managed risk requirements, approvals ad budget, in line with the Group's policy. Created additional value for graduate campaign activity: o Ran career campaigns in Warwick and Grantham - currently mentoring 4 university students. o Face of Graduate Scheme campaign for 2 years. o Featured in The Guardian UK 300 as Rising Star to represent Lloyds Banking Group.
