Consumers include Budget Review Committee, executive leadership, business units, and Project Management Office. Increased reporting efficiency by 60%-70% while increasing transparency and providing interactive tools for targeted analysis. o Budget Review Committee Reporting and Analysis – Offered an executive view of annual project investments averaging $500MM; showcasing the progress, cost performance, and resource utilization of investments aligned to achieving business goals.
o Business Unit and Project Management Office Sub-Portfolio Reporting – Designed and delivered reports and tools for analyzing sub-portfolio performance; project schedule, labor and non-labor cost performance, and resource constraint. Annual Portfolio Prioritization; support included annual event planning, co-facilitating, synthesizing project investment requests to produce reports and analytical tools used to select and prioritize annual investment. Also provided anecdotal strategic alignment of project requests. Project Portfolio Management Process and Procedures; utilizing PMI standards and the organization’s portfolio management maturity, I participated on and led several workgroups to improve several process areas which included; engagement with vendor management, data governance, financial management, human resources, and Project Management Office.
