Nov. 2011 - Aug. 2013Woolrich, PA• Oversee and direct the design, development, implementation and maintenance of commerce website for Woolrich as well as management of the overall online customer experience. • Research, make suggestions, oversee updates and monitor enhancements to website based on web analytics, industry trends, benchmarks and best practices.
• Oversee all online marketing channels including but not limited to SEO, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Retargeting and Comparison Shopping. • Track and report on online sales and traffic data through analyzing sales statistics, conducting online traffic studies, and analyzing click-thru data.
• Management of internal team and external vendors employed to accomplish the E-Commerce goals of Woolrich Inc. • Ownership of full customer experience throughout all Woolrich websites and social networking sites.
• Manage front end programming, maintenance, and updates to e-commerce sites and four additional supporting corporate websites
• Team leader for a major website platform change, integration, and updates including site redesign, usability testing, and all pre-planning and post-go-live documentation.
• Lead site designer in e-commerce platform upgrade and multiple site redesigns which included a major overhaul of most pages on Woolrich.com to include best practices for Search Engine Optimization, industry standards, and customer expectations.
• Provide and oversee training, assistance, and develop needed documentation for marketing, design, and merchandising teams to further manage website. • Facilitate site personalization practices including customer behavior targeting and email reengagement campaigns
• Update and set up current and new products, specials, and necessary daily maintenance
• Design and programming of weekly e-mail campaigns including analytics of past campaigns, along with maintenance and growth of e-mail subscriber list
