Feb. 2022Remote, USA• Integral part of Transformation Initiative Team that was responsible for redefining a $100M company, managing/organizing over 300 tasks, and utilizing 120+ resources in 90 days • Part of an extremely successful Talent Acquisition team that in 2022 alone has sourced over 2800 candidates, 1000+ candidates screened, 620+ candidates interviewed by the recruiting team, 430+ candidates interviewed by Hiring Managers, 150+ offers made, and ultimately resulting in over 130 hires
• Recruits for positions based in the US, Canada, India, and UK markets for fully remote, onsite/travel, hybrid and corporate location positions
• Recruiting and hiring experience with a variety of positions and levels (entry to executive) including corporate and technology roles
• Drives the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings & interviews, determining employment suitability, offer negotiation, and providing support for candidates through to onboarding and handoff
• Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Partners with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and additional stakeholders to understand all requisitions assigned and build candidate pipelines to fill those open roles
• Attends conference job fairs on behalf of the company and champions Arete’s culture and reputation
• Opens requisitions, manage candidates, and requests offers using Workday ATS/CMS
