KemtaiProject Manager and Head Physical Therapist
Jan. 2022 - Dec. 2025At Kemtai, a digital health SaaS company combining AI and computer vision for movement analysis, I served as Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Head Physical Therapist. I led pilot projects and presale processes with hospitals and HMOs, translating clinical goals into measurable outcomes. This included defining milestones, managing internal task forces across R&D, product, and marketing, and reporting to senior leadership. I acted as the primary contact for key global and local clients—managing onboarding, addressing issues, and driving engagement. I partnered closely with internal teams to influence product roadmap decisions based on client feedback and real-world clinical use. I also recruited and onboarded team members, helping grow the company’s capabilities during a critical growth phase. As Head PT, I integrated clinical expertise into the product, refining features used in rehabilitation and fitness, and co-developing evidence-based training protocols. I wrote user-facing manuals and built professional education tools that improved adoption and satisfaction across diverse user groups. Selected Achievements:
