In 2018, I stepped into the role of Clinical Educator for Multi-Specialty Services in the Northern Region, where I led the development of educational programs, supported clinical staff in annual skill advancement, and facilitated onboarding for new Mission Partners. My work has consistently focused on empowering frontline teams and enhancing patient outcomes through education, collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives. STRATEGIC GROWTH & IMPACT My journey has been marked by a commitment to continuous learning and leadership development: ► Earned a Master’s in Nursing Leadership to deepen my impact as an educator and change agent ► Promoted to Regional Clinical Practice Manager, expanding my influence across clinical operations ► Completed a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2024, reinforcing my dedication to evidence-based leadership ► Achieved Executive-Level Certification through the National Society for Leadership and Success HOW I LEAD I bring a systems-thinking approach to nursing leadership—identifying opportunities, aligning teams, and driving sustainable improvements.
