I am Sumaya Aqil, holding a Master’s degree in Journalism and Modern Media, and a Bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television. Since 2013, I have been working in the fields of education, media, and consulting—bringing together academic depth and practical experience across multiple disciplines. Throughout the years, I have trained hundreds of individuals and institutions in diverse topics, including digital media, corporate communication, public relations, marketing, and brand development. I have also led training programs on how to establish media and marketing departments within organizations, and how to build communication strategies aligned with institutional goals and identity. In addition, I have worked as a training consultant in the field of hospitality and facility management, delivering specialized programs on how to manage and operate projects in this dynamic sector. I have also conducted multiple workshops on business startup strategies—both traditional and online—helping many individuals define their direction, build clear plans, and develop marketing solutions tailored to their needs. My experience includes working with royal entities and reputable academic institutions in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, as well as collaborating with high-level private sector organizations. These diverse experiences have significantly enriched my knowledge and skills, and deepened my passion for teaching and sharing knowledge in a practical and accessible way. I believe that learning never stops. I continuously strive to evolve my teaching approach using interactive methods and modern tools that place the learner at the center and connect theory with real-world practice in a meaningful and inspiring way.
