o Identified improvements in the annual planning process for a multi-unit, multi-billion-dollar retailer and designed a software planning tool to drastically reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and improve workflow capabilities throughout the process
o Identified a new set of key performance indicators for a multi-billion-dollar beverage manufacturer identify to provide greater insight into business performance and identify leading indicators of performance, including the design of a new reporting environment
