Cero GenerationPortfolio Manager

Apr. 2022 - Jan. 2023• Development management professional providing project management support for a pipeline of solar energy projects across Europe, reporting directly to the Development Director. • Highly collaborative role, working with 6 country managers to track and report on the progress of projects and coordinate approvals for new projects. • Designed an automated tracker and analysis tool for Cero’s rapidly expanding 10.3 GW portfolio including 146 projects under development, 3 under construction and 5 in operation. Maintains this tool, ensuring accuracy of data inputted by various stakeholders and continuity of reporting within the organisation. • Collaborate with country managers to draw up annual budgets for existing projects and indicative budgets for prospective projects. • Provide project management support for onboarding new projects and new joint venture partnerships, ensuring compliance with Macquarie governance requirements. • Coordinate external advisors and internal functions and manages approvals and signatures for incorporation of new companies to host new projects. • Led on weekly internal calls on Greek development pipeline (which has increased from nil to over 3 GW in under a year). • Update the development section of the quarterly report presented to Macquarie and drafts presentations to the Cero board showing projects’ development and expenditure updates. • Presented the French country strategy to Cero board and delivered a presentation on hydrogen as a potential new technology direction for Cero to the development team.
