Initial six-month pilot results: Grew lead generation pipeline by 40% after 3 years of negative growth. Reduced average sales cycle time by 35%. Improved conversion rate by nearly 5% Pilot contributed nearly $2M new revenue (now nearly $10M in under 2 years since full launch) - Launched data science efforts responsible for developing analytical insights into user behaviors. Analysis identified unique and previously unknown behavioral clusters based on software usage patterns.
