In my current role, I manage a broad range of administrative functions, including: - Developing and maintaining databases to support and streamline company operations - Implementing and optimizing a CRM system to improve operational management and client interaction - Overseeing project workflows, from initial client communication and quotation through to final sale - Leading project development, including the breakdown of bills of materials, raw material procurement, supervision of the production process, and delivery of the finished product - Preparing client-required documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes, and quality assurance reports Since 2019, I operate a company based in Eagle Pass, Texas, that provides manufacturing, import, and export services for custom-engineered products. I oversee U.S.-based administrative functions and manage the full order lifecycle—from purchase order receipt to final delivery. I also handle the company’s financial records, including the preparation of financial statements, general ledgers, and account summaries in collaboration with our accountant. In addition, I project costs, expenses, and sales prices for each product and project, and manage critical documentation such as Supply Chain Management (SBM) reports and logistics entries. I apply my extensive expertise in SolidWorks to support product development and enhance end-customer designs, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes at our facility.
