Nov. 2015 - Feb. 2017Stratford upon AvonLead NFU Mutual branded corporate social media channels, building customer relationships and delivering against team and business objectives. • Lead NFU Mutual branded corporate social media advertising, reaching target customers and delivering against team and business objectives. • Lead, develop, plan and forecast NFU Mutual corporate social media channels to develop relationships with customer and demonstrate NFU Mutual's values and expertise. • Guide, challenge and moderate internal social media channels stakeholders and practitioners, supporting them to achieve their goals whilst maintaining customer experience standards. • Champion social media within integrated marketing campaigns to shape and drive marketing activity improving performance and efficiency. • Manage and control the effective delivery of social media content to ensure it drives and supports the achievement of departmental and business objectives. • Monitor, review, analyse and evaluate key metrics to ensure that social media plans deliver results to agreed targets. • Identify and address key or controversial issues in social media, take appropriate action to ensure damage limitation, business continuity and safeguard NFU Mutual’s reputation. • Support the implementation of NFU Mutual’s social media governance, controls and training to ensure that the company’s reputation is protected and channels used are appropriate. • Establish and develop relationships with key departments, key influencers, third party suppliers and target audiences to ensure the effective delivery of the social media plan.
