Produce correspondence, reports, and other documents assuring proofreading for accurate punctuation, grammar and spelling and an appropriate format. Provide customer service-oriented communications for the individuals supported. Perform assigned clerical duties to assure efficient and effective operation of the support function, including preparing documents for mailing, maintaining. Perform administrative tasks as assigned, producing reports, completing forms, logging or posting of information, data entry, maintaining information, handling of cash or vouchers, ordering school supplies to include project specific curriculum. Provide fill-in support as required in the absence of other support staff or in an overload situation. Conduct project documentation and management in three data bases; CRM, Ellucian, and IMPACT. Monitor client/coordinator training calendars. Assemble class packets with required forms and additional information pertinent to specific classes, i.e. CPR classes require AHA documents, etc . Make or order books / curriculum as necessary. Determine cost effectiveness of sending materials to print shop versus making copies and assembling on site. Discern and Input applicable class data into CRM. Build class and enroll students in Ellucian. Audit IMPACT to ensure funding for each class reported as a funded class. Invoice the company for Industry Specific classes. Provide copy of invoices for funded items to initiative funding point of contact. Update CRM and Ellucian as required. Perform as an active member of each project team. (Multiple Coordinators, clients, and classes.)
