Make or order books / curriculum as necessary. Determine cost effectiveness of sending materials to print shop versus making copies and assembling on site. Discern and Input applicable class data into CRM. Build class and enroll students in Ellucian. Audit IMPACT to ensure funding for each class reported as a funded class. Invoice the company for Industry Specific classes. Provide copy of invoices for funded items to initiative funding point of contact. Update CRM and Ellucian as required. Perform as an active member of each project team. (Multiple Coordinators, clients, and classes.)
