• I developed and implemented new system using LiveU Matrix to share live politics pool feeds with network partners, now adopted for Network News Service (NNS) daily operations.
• I increased employee retention and built a culture of performance excellence by hiring, leading, and developing top-performing team of 15-25 employees.
• I delivered 30% more information (video for Fox, affiliates, digital, radio, and social media) to broader customer base with minimal increase in staffing.
