Jul. 2016 - Jan. 2018Redmond, WA• Work with the lead to create web-based content for customers who are running both Microsoft Teams (a new IM&P tool) and Skype for Business in a side-by-side environment, before deploying 100% to Teams. • Wrote content from Microsoft Teams Overview, to Getting Started, how to create teams/channels, t-bots, Audio conferencing and more. Audience were Admins, IT Pros, including specs and email communications. • Collaborate with 25 global SMEs, leads and PMS to write, test, edit, validate and publish new and updated content for Skype Operations Framework (SOF). Successfully standardize content of the Phases (Plan, Deliver, Operate).
• Work with the Customer Excellence team, and publish case studies about how Skype improves customers’ ROI, such as Customer Success Stories (Ixia.) • Develop and deliver training for the Skype Academy team. Write and edit blogs about Skype for Business in our new Tech Community Blog (SfB). • Result: Successfully migrated and simplified (from 100 assets to 40) Successfully met deadlines for the Ignite demo of Teams and have reached 1 million DAU since the product Preview launched in 2 months.
