Built relationships with vendors to help them understand the needs of our employees, understand our culture, and worked together to strategize on marketing, communications, engagement, and metrics. When the CEO decided to offer gym quality wellness equipment to any eligible and interested full-time employee, I worked with a vendor and internal teams to develop polices and procedures and administer. Over 5200 machines were ordered and delivered/installed during the first 17 months of the pandemic. Created engaging marketing content to promote all offerings/benefits.
