Oversee daily operations across all service lines (detailing, paintless dent repair, wheel repair, etc.). Ensure workflow efficiency, quality control, and turnaround times are maintained or improved. Implement and refine systems like ReconPro or other workflow management tools. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and regional managers. Foster a high-performance culture and lead performance reviews. Resolve high-level personnel issues and ensure adequate staffing. Client & Dealer Relations:
Maintain key relationships with dealership GMs, service directors, and fleet managers. Oversee client onboarding, pricing negotiations, and service agreements. Resolve escalated client concerns and ensure satisfaction. Financial Oversight:
Monitor budgets, P&L statements, and cost efficiency. Approve large purchases, equipment upgrades, or expansions. Assist with pricing models and profitability analysis. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure OSHA compliance and proper handling of chemicals or tools. Enforce safety procedures and employee certifications. Stay up to date with local and federal regulations affecting automotive reconditioning. Innovation & Technology:
Evaluate and implement new tools, equipment, or software to improve service delivery. Lead digital transformation efforts or new service initiatives. Reporting:
Provide regular performance reports to the President or CEO. Communicate company goals and updates to all managers and teams.
