Compliance & Safety: Ensure OSHA compliance and proper handling of chemicals or tools. Enforce safety procedures and employee certifications. Stay up to date with local and federal regulations affecting automotive reconditioning. Innovation & Technology: Evaluate and implement new tools, equipment, or software to improve service delivery. Lead digital transformation efforts or new service initiatives. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the President or CEO. Communicate company goals and updates to all managers and teams.
