Responsible for yearly merit cycles for compensation increases including: range analysis, market changes, and implementation of PayScale for merit cycles. Assisted with the plan administration of the 401(k) and 409(a) plans for the organization. Managing of the payroll department ensuring bi-weekly cycle processing for 2000+ employees. Directing work of 5 reports, and a larger team of 14 throughout Payroll, Benefits, and the Pharmacy. Some accomplishments throughout the last 3 years: • Conducted a full audit of all dependents resulting in over $750K in savings to the Plan. • Negotiated contracts and moved carriers resulting in over $2M in savings to the Pharmacy and Life Insurance lines of coverage. • Implemented new PTO policy to limit liability to the organization and engage new employees more quickly to increase retention. • Project manager for Kronos Timekeeping system updates and design changes to accurately track time for employees. • Successfully completed over 4 acquisitions adding over 200+ employees to the system within an 18-month window • Project manager for payroll transitioning from ADP to in-house processing, resulting in over $20K in savings per year to the company. Increased capabilities and flexibility for payroll to function and meet organizational needs. • Successfully completed fully virtual open enrollments since 2020 resulting in 99% enrollment completion rates for employees across the company.
