Oversaw Bravo and Universal Kids' YouTube channel and strategy. Managed a production team of shooters, video editors, producers and production managers. Led the video pre-production process, including creative, budgets, resourcing, staffing, shoot schedule and timelines. Oversaw the post-production process, including providing notes on edits, and managing delivery schedule and specs. Led podcast video strategy, production, and execution across YouTube, Spotify, and IGTV. Ideated and developed new creative video concepts. Screened and evaluated all incoming digital series pitches based on quality, business goals and feasibility. Recruited and vetted video production partners. Worked with Legal to secure production and talent agreements. Developed video content for social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.
