A dynamic personality with a keen eye on manufacturing process, Javier is naturally curious on how machines and manufacturing processes can help achieve production of large volumes of consumer products to enhance the standard of life. Javier is willing to learn and is adept in analysing possible situations that could lead to defects. Javier has also worked in many inter-disciplinary teams and built up his project management and communication skills via many academic and co-curricular activities as an undergraduate in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Javier recently graduated from the above- mentioned programme in June 2023 upon completion of his Final Year Project on the Fischer-Tropsch reaction process. A driven individual with an undying thirst of seeking the rationale or logic behind certain happenings, Javier has always put learning as the motivation of whatever he embarks on, be it school, work or projects. On top of that, Javier had embarked on a formalized training course aimed at gaining competencies to work in the pharmaceutical industry, in which he has a passion for. His mission is to contribute to the industry by streamlining processes and maintain the systems with continuous improvement. With formal training on Continuous Improvement and Project Management, Javier is confident he will be able to lead any improvement projects from conceptualisation to final implementation. Other than study and school programs, Javier also plays music with his group of friends. He mainly plays 4 instruments and has been in 4 bands. He believes that music can shape the thinking of youths to make themselves a better version of themselves.
