I am first and foremost a social capitalist with over 20 years of experience in disability employment supports, workforce development and community development. My career has focused on helping youth and adults attain their career goals while supporting them to develop their own identity in their community, as well as self-advocacy and leadership skills. I enjoy developing new strategies for assisting people to build social capital and full participation in their communities. I often present on transition topics and social capital building at conferences such as APSE, Project SEARCH, the PA Conference on Transition, and the Alliance DSP conference. I am a Subject Matter Expert in the Disability Employment Field and provide technical assistance to provider organizations in strategic planning, group process, program development and program improvement strategies.. I am a graduate of the National Leadership Consortium at the University of Delaware and am a Certified Employment Support Professional.
