Formulate and execute a strategic partnership plan to support the objectives of the office, particularly in enhancing the delivery and impact of programs such as AKAP and AICS through collaborative efforts. 2. Knowledge Management and Lesson Dissemination
Ensure an effective system for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating lessons learned from the Knowledge Management Unit, including simulation exercises, workshops, seminars, and trainings, to inform and improve operational strategies. 3. Integration of Innovative Tools and Technologies
Identify, integrate, and promote the use of new tools, technologies, and practices that can improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness of the AKAP (Ayuda para sa Kapos ang Kita Program) and AICS (Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation) programs. 4. Networking and Stakeholder Engagement
Establish and maintain strong, productive partnerships and networks with relevant government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and development partners to co-develop and disseminate knowledge products and tools aligned with program operations. 5. Knowledge Product Development
Lead or support the creation and distribution of knowledge materials (e.g., toolkits, manuals, policy briefs, case studies) that contribute to institutional learning and program improvement.
