Jun. 2019 - Aug. 2022Region III - Central Luzon, Philippines• Articulate, align and oversee the design and delivery of HR strategies, goals and pillars and to assess the impact of the strategies on LIPAD’s overall workforce sustainability, business and financial performance.
• Manages the Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Office Administration, Learning and Development, Employee/Labor Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Succession Planning.
• Develop and review HR policies and processes in a timely manner to address, close gaps and prevent regulatory breaches in several key areas such as staff disciplinary issue management, workplace health and safety and personal data protection management.
• Position HR as a business partner with other department leaders in LIPAD by working collaboratively with them to add value to the business and employee agenda as well as providing advice on employment legislation, HR policies and their applications to facilitate understanding of compliance requirements and outcomes.
• Lead the talent agenda by overseeing the development and strengthening of the talent bench strength and leadership pipeline in order to build a high-performance workforce, meet succession needs and ensure business continuity and sustainability.
• Design, refresh and implement LIPAD’s training and development strategy through a multi-pronged approach to structured and unstructured learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to build competencies and cultivate a culture of learning, resilience and change agility.
